I've been coming hear to get a haircut during the last year but my last experience was the worst i've ever haid in a barber shop. The guy did everything else except cutting my hair. He was checking his phone constantly, went outside twice to have a word with someone at the door smoking for a few sec, chatting with his colleagues, completely ignoring that i am sitting there, waiting for him to finish my hair. Never ever going back there again
I'm 37 yr old... And this was the worst haircut I've ever had. I asked for a fairly simple low skin fade. I ended up with a poorly trimmed under cut style (uneven fringe and undercut rathe than fade. The lad working there obviously didn't know anything. Ended up going to another barber (by Harlow north Station) that afternoon for a correction. Would give a minus star if I could. Do not go.

It needs work. 28 I pay for the service, but I could’ve got a better haircut in a 5 shop. Played with my ear too much it went red. Shaved my beard, explicitly told hi it needs a little scissor trim, no trim. Told him I need the bottom lined up nice, it’s different on both sides. Didn’t apply aftershave until I asked. Hi was ready to let me leave. Not to mention I asked not to do the fade too high, yeah it’s too high. I mean, I’m going to have to go and get my beard done again, and I’ve just paid 28. The massages I’ve previously got were decent. This was like 5 seconds each arm. The hot towel was basically just laid on my face and not used to maximum effect as it usually is. I’m not being funny, but if you’re reading this i want a full refund as soon as possible.\u202c
