Terrible attitude when complaining to there head office. Didn't realy care and smirked and laugh on the phone to me. Quiet a stuck up couldn't careless attitude. Responce.. Not sure how many complaints you get but it wasn't anything to do with bins? Its was the poor standard of cleaning you provided and areas you had not cleaned then told me it will get cleaned next week? I've used my last cleaner for 10 years never a problem and I've used Blitz for 1 month and nothing but issues...
