I never usually write reviews but Brighter Homes have a good incentive scheme to get me to write one. I had fitted in July a new front door and windows to the front of my property and the quality I cannot fault. They are all in the new triple glazed and are extremely draft and noise proof. The sales man was very friendly as were the 2 fitters Dan and Jon. I will use them again to do the back of my house and will recommend to my family and friends as the 10 year guarantee will come in handy if any of my handles break or locks stop working.

They installed new windows four years ago and the Front Door lock failed over the weekend, I phoned early last Monday and they came later in the afternoon and replaced it as well as adjusting the back door which is better than ever, all under the guarantee. This is what I call service.

This company is terrible. I wanted a quote and a salesman turned up and spent 1 1/2 hours selling me their industry standard product as the best thing since sliced bread. He eventually measured up and quoted me nearly 4 times the price of the next most expensive quote. All i wanted was for him to measure up and give me a price like the other companies did. 10 minutes max. The Brighter homes guy was here 2 hours and would not take no for an answer. Real hard sell tactics. Awful experience. Do not let them near your home.

I just wanted the guy to measure two windows and give me a price, the salesman wanted to give some presentation, I said that despite the bad press I was giving him a chance. As he wasn't any where near to getting a tape measure out we agreed to disagree and he left. His loss, though I expect they would have been too expensive for my liking.
