Having been being let down and messed around several times by an alternate company i contacted Paul at Capital Glaziers who was able to meet all my needs as i had an old wooden door i didn't think what i wanted would be possible however they an engineer out within 2 days and my dog flap fitted. Excellent customer service from beginning to end i would highly recommend this company.

I had a similar experience as the other reviewer this is a very rude and unrealiable company! I also spoke to the manager who was very rude, upset my wife, and finally just cancelled the job and hung up on me! They obviously don't need the work, so my advice would be give them a miss!

Terrible customer service, 2 hours late (not even bothering to let me know) and when arrived didn't have the right door panel even though I booked the job weeks before was assured that there was no need to come around and check the door to make sure they would have the right size. Very rude manager and extremely unhelpful.
