Just because people are buying second hand furniture it doesn't mean care shouldn't be taken with delivery. A wardrobe I ordered was delivered with one door smashed in. I wondered why the delivery men ran off as soon as they brought the doors in. By the time I saw the damage they were long gone. Bought a leather sofa from them a few years back and that got all scratched up somehow between the shop and my flat. I'm all for a good cause but there's no point buying from them because your furniture will arrive only fit for the scrap heap.
