After two months of trying, we finally.got the order in the cart and paid for it!! Had an email to confirm delivery would be today (Friday) but it's not arrived! No communication, not overly amused as I waited in all day. Emailed asking where it was to be told (quick reply to be fair) that it was out for delivery and could arrive around 6pm. But nothing and no comms. I now have to wait until next week to see if this can be sorted. It's the lack of communication that annoys me. You need to be able.to track deliveries and keep people informed.

Dreadful company. When you complain about a faulty table that sagged really badly when the sun came out, they just said it was normal and not faulty at all. They informed me I could return it at a cost of 50. When I told them they should pay for the return of faulty goods, the cost to return it went up to 70. They treat you with complete contempt when you complain. If they try to deny any of this they are even worse than I imagined. I have plenty of photos of the faulty table and have all their condescending emails they sent me. They shouldn’t be too surprised with this review, as I informed them exactly what I intended to do.
