5 stars!, I have always used this shop for Balloons, party items, Halloween etc as great selection and very reasonably priced plus helpful service. This week I came in very late and panicking with an order for the next day, the lady was so helpful and had no problem at all in helping me out, which was a real life saver. Balloon bouquet was beautiful, and delivered by midday as promised, exceptional customer service, I would highly recommend. Outdoes all other similar shops in/around Harvey centre.
Please excuse the name of my account, my son uses my account........ it was my little girls birthday party yesterday and we had the lol diva mascot, we had fantastic customer service from booking to the lol diva leaving the party, the lol diva’s costume was brilliant, she really did engage with all the children, the children wanted her to go with them everywhere, she did, she went on the Boucy castle, soft play double decker bus, nothing was a problem, thank you for making my little girls birthday party even more fantastic. We will definitely be using you again. Amie
