Took my phone here thinking it would need sending away as the sound from the ear piece was so soft you couldn't hear the person calling. The lady in the shop cleaned it with a 'special' solution and cured the problem. She wouldn't take payment for this. Good old fashioned service. Highly recommended.

Took my phone in thinking I was going to have to get a new 1 as it wouldn't charge . The service was friendly and so helpful. In 5 mins my phone was cleaned and charging great . Thank you so much

I took my phone in, in a pretty bad state you could actually see the inner workings of the phone pretty sure one drop of water in the crack would have ruined the entire phone. Ollie replaced my screen in about 15 minutes which I thought was crazy! and it genuinely looked like a brand new just unboxed iPhone7plus. HOWEVER. After about an hour of having the phone back in my possession the entire phone died. like couldn't even get the thing to stay on longer than 5 minutes. I ended up restoring the phone (lost everything - my bad for not backing up to cloud) but that didn't fix it.....went through that process 5 or 6 times. Took it back to Ollie pretty angry that my phone was now broken. However they took the phone back and said they would see what was going on....send it off free of charge for repair.....Came back a few days later and Ollie had fixed it himself.....that was almost a week ago and the phone is working. perfectly. At first I was angry that I thought these guys broke my phone but at the end of the day the customer service was dealt with really well....Ollie was a really nice bloke and got the job done. I did have to restore my phone but the phone isn't broken & the screen is fixed so can't really complain! I think these guys have a solid rep in the area so would recommend.

iPhone 7 went flat overnight and wouldn’t turn on or charge next day. Sad & inconvenient to have lost all contacts, photos, info with no chance to back up. Tried everything from the ‘internet advice’ pages without success. Found Funkyphones online and called on the basis of their reviews vs other local ‘phonefixers’. From initial “bring it in and we can look at that for you” contact, to my discussions with Mel in the shop, I found them professional yet friendly. Left phone to be diagnosed without charge then fixed if possible. Honestly made aware to risk of potential issues caused by repair process so possible negative event expectation preemptively well managed. Even though they were busy, on my return as asked after a couple of hours, phone was fixed, working, on charge with all data saved having had a no issue repair new battery fitted at a reasonable less than expected price. Very happy customer experience from a stressful occurrence. Great customer service. Will definitely be first call if ever needed again. Sincere thanks again.
