They stocked exactly what I needed although I had to say what I wanted before allowed to enter as browsing discouraged. Great store though and I'm looking forward to a proper look once everything open!

Large store complete with its own indoor climbing wall. Store is well laid out and carries a good range of stock. Staff are attentive and knowledge.

Worst customer service we have EVER experienced today from the girl on the till at Go Outdoors Harlow, age approx 19/20, short black hair, dark eye makeup, bad attitude. Refused to give her name, as rude as can be, refused to give refund at first until she realised we knew our rights. Then slammed the pen down and talked to us like something on the bottom of her shoe.

This shop is a must for anybody that loves the outdoors, the tents are brilliant the bike department was very good compared to Halfords or decathlon , the footwear department is brilliant, the staff really no there stuff and very much go out of there way to help you and make it fill very personal
