Haart were very proactive from the get go. Cassie visited promptly and took some great photos. Everything was fully explained. Dan looked after the viewers, meaning I didn't have to be in to receive them. Kris has been fantastic in keeping me informed, the solicitors have been challenging but Kris was always contactable and nothing was ever too much trouble! She's been a great calming influence when I have been at the end of my tether, always professional and great for a chat when I needed to offload!
