I got my Carrera Vengeance mountain bike on the Cycle 2 Work scheme. I ordered it via the Halfords website it was not available at the time in the store. I placed the order on the 3rd of February along with safety accessories. My bike was delivered to the store, built and was ready for me to collect on the 9th. The estimated date was the 14th of Feb! I was kept up to date by the store staff by phone on my order progress, as well as the customer service lady when I phoned with a question about my order. This wasn’t the first time I have been to to this store nor on the Cycle 2 Work scheme. Strongly recommend. It was an excellent service from start to finish.
