I took my boys in for a haircut and they both look lovely but their customer service was terrible. One took a phone call chatting on the phone and all staff were chatting in Turkish? Across the shop. I'm furious with myself for not saying anything. I found it very rude.

My husband needed a hair cut and a shave,so we went down to Harlow barbers today. We were so impressed with the service,the salon was spotless,all of the guys there were friendly polite and chatty and despite my husband being wheelchair bound,they accommodated him perfectly and made sure he was comfortable at all times.The salon was more than big enough for him to get in and was totally wheelchair accessible which is a big bonus for us.overall we were very very impressed with the service and the price and it was an all round great experience for my husband.

I have 2 sons and have visited Harlow barbers when they first opened their doors last year. We have since not been anywhere else as the team are very professional, caring and provides and excellent service every time! So happy to have Harlow barbers near by.

My two year old was in desperate need of a hair cut, we went to Harlow Barbers and I would highly recommend them and I will be returning for his next cut. These guys was amazing with my son and I must add my son screamed the whole way through his haircut and the guy who was doing it maintained professional and was very friendly and polite throughout.
