Excellent service received from George and the nice, helpful man who delivered the goods. Keen prices overall and I'd go as far to say they're probably the best Timber merchants around. Highly recommended.

Excellent value and great service. I have approached this company having read the positive reviews on line as i was in need of some T&G cladding which they luckily had in stock. I dealt with George over the phone who was friendly and very professional. I was given a competive quote for the cladding, three days delivery time and a rather steep delivery charges , however understandibily Harlow to London is a long way and someone needs to be paid for the delivery and the time. The cladding arrived as quoted three days later and on time delivered by a very friendly and helpfull gentleman who offered to carry the wood to my back yard and through the house ( really grateful for the offer and many thanks for that )but i was happy for him to help me to carry the stuff to my front door. Checked the cladding and so far so good as the planks ppears to be very good and straight bar two or three that are split by the end. Overall very happy with the goods and mostly with the service provided. Highly reccomended and happy to use them again

Staff are very helpful (George especially) - even when they are really busy - which is a huge help when you are a DIY customer and want to ask lots of questions. Materials were better value than the others we looked at in the local area. Highly recommended!
