Hi, went to the tote bag designing session today with Sarah hosting. From start to finish it was brilliant. All socially distanced so very safe, set up was great so out of the rain. Sarah was great with my 8 year old ( who she had met at her school so was lovely) really encouraging and great with tips to get the best result with her painting design. Thank you so much for running this, definitely made our day to attend a Halloween activity. 8 year old..."I really loved it, it was so fun!"

A lovely museum. We visited on a free entrance day. The gardens are gorgeous on a sunny day. We attended whilst there was an event on discussing the history of photography in Harlow, it was very interesting and great to meet the individuals there. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The museum has a little cafe which is a nice touch. Overall, it was a really nice visit and far better than we had expected.
Absolutely fantastic Art workshop for children in the walled garden. All staff were very helpful and children had a great time painting a plant pot before planting a flower. Sue, who ran our workshop, was excellent with the children. It was a great idea for entertaining children in the summer holiday.
What a hidden gem! Received a warm welcome and felt safe in this spacious garden. The beautiful borders are a credit to the dedicated team of volunteers and offer perfect haven of peace and tranquility. Coupled with just the right amount of historical info, it's well worth a visit!
The new cycling exhibition in fantastic. There are loads of vintage and classic bikes on display allowing you to see how the concepts of designing a bike that we now take for granted have evolved. It also has the story of John Collins (a local bike shop owner) who put the collection together. Its Definitely worth a visit.
Here you will find several beautiful and peaceful walled gardens, including a Knot Garden, plus a fascinating little museum and cafe. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. This museum also has an active programme of community involvement. A hidden gem and well worth a visit if you are in the area.
Visited as part of the Harlow sculpture tour. Interesting!
