Howick & Brooker have been amazing to deal with from the start and every step of the way over a long 6 month process of getting us to exchange. Alan always kept me informed and was always happy to answer my questions and always returned my calls. Communication and Customer Service has been fantastic from every single person i've dealt with over the phone or email. Howick & Brooker were amazing to deal with from the beginning all the way through to completion. It wasn't the most straightforward of sales but everything was dealt with professionally and the communication was fantastic. Alan and James always kept me informed and if they were not around, the office always knew what was going on and were always so helpful. Any estate agent that can make you laugh during the process is worth their weight in gold! Can't recommend H&B enough....everything you would want from an estate agent, they really go above and beyond, ensuring a smooth transition through the Moving home process. \Outstanding Customer Service\ Charlie Zazzara – What can I say about Charlie… he worked hard to get viewings for my property during a strange and challenging time, what’s not to like… “An estate agent who you never have to chase for updates & information” Charlie called constantly updating me throughout the viewings and sale process. Alan Howick – A true gent with an incredible knowledge of what customers expect, and what needs to be done to get there, communicating with all parties involved in the process to keep everything moving right up to Exchange & Completion nothing is too much trouble and he is always right there to help you. we had trouble trying to find a removals company that was not fully booked, I didn’t think twice about ringing Alan and true to form he put me in touch with Stride Removals who were available and acted straight away.
