I bought a new phone, and I couldn’t login my M banking, I went to Harlow town HSBC bank to reset my m banking details, I spoke to Rebekah for help, she helped me about my account details, Rebekah did everything in 10-15 minutes she do have a lot of experience about banking stuff, also she’s very friendly and helpful... The floor is at street level providing for easy access. Helpful staff. However, wait times can be longer than warranted for a quick branch visit to the bank. Advise making an appointment beforehand.
