I love the products .. but my goodness can someone teach the till staff to smile . Acknowledge the customer . Don't whiz good down so quick that you struggle to put into bags . Smile again and say thankyou or goodbye . In my job I would be slaughtered for poor customer service

I have been using Iceland since March/April as I was shielding. The service is excellent! Delivery slots are always available and the young woman who delivers to my area is very helpful and friendly. Very few items are unavailable on the day but, on the rare occasion this happens, there is always a suitable substitute found. The products are always of good quality and the offers are fantastic! Very happy with Iceland!!!
