From what I can see, the website is no longer functioning, and the Facebook page is inoperational for years: everything seems to have moved over to Ebay where they seem to be selling their products directly, and seem to have 100% satisfaction ratings: I'll be back to update this based on the outcome of my order ;)
Very bad company to deal with. Ordered 6 juggling balls which didn't arrive, took ages to respond to emails, said they'd resend order but still it didn't arrive. Refund took ages. Not sure this is a real company, I would advise all to avoid
