Landtech Soils is a company that was born from new ideas and we are focused on the provision of Urban Greening Solutions. In recent years we have begun the introduction of CU-Structural Tree Soil, for urban tree planting in Ireland and England and we are proud to announce that Landtech Soils is the first European based Licensed Producer for this ground breaking and innovative urban tree soil. CU-Soil was developed by Cornell University in the United States in order to provide cites and town planners with an urban soil that allowed trees roots to penetrate the ground without causing the heave effect in pavements, it also had to meet engineers load bearing requirements for urban areas. CU-Soil achieves all these requirements but also has water reservoir capability that meets European SuDS obligations. From a background in the development of specialist soil mixes and turf grass production the company has evolved into the production and installation of the Eco Sedum modular Green Roof system – again an innovative development with a complete green roof in a ready-to-install tray. To complete the Urban Greening theme, we also offer a number of options of modular and bespoke Green Wall systems. Each system is ready to install and is excellent for both internal and external vertical surfaces. We are pleased to be associated as sponsors and suppliers of our green wall and green roofs, with the award winning garden that was designed by Kevin Dennis which took home the best in category award and best at show gold medal at Bloom 2014.
