Bought a v.pricey mattress from here as was advised was best for us and felt was worth investment for a quality mattress. 2 yea down the line and needing to replace as quality is just awful. Mattress has dips in it and causing back pain. Wont be using lewis's again for a mattress.

I have been trying to phone but couldn’t get through. Have just been to the shop and it’s closed down! There’s a Liverpool telephone number to call. Looks as though I’ve lost my order. Terrible customer service.
Really good experience here, bought a mattress for my new house - super comfy! Staff were very accommodating and I would definitely recommend.
Spoke with a lady called Karen who helped make me and my wife pick out new curtains for the new house. Will definitely go back when planning the rest of the house!
Worst experience ever, don’t use this shop , stay away. I have ordered the most expensive net curtain from them and they said will only take 2 weeks. They kept lying to me , stupid excuses every time and what’s worse they couldn’t even put their lyes together. The manager such a role playing, should have a place in a play . I had to cancel the order with them after 2 and a half moths of waiting just to find the same curtain in another place Half the price they were asking, they even put it on offer they said but actually they were asking 41/metre and I found the same for 27 full price. They are a rip off and they should never have to deal with customers. I wanted to write this so no one else will have to go trough the same nightmare. Run and find a different shop. The best one is Curtain shop in waltham Cross, I had my curtain done in 2 days , the same one they lied to me will be ready in 2 weeks.
