Had my covid jab here. And i can mot believe how well run it is and how friendly everyone is there and how quickly i got seen. If i could i would make that my doctors. Thank you to everyone at lister medical center.

The reception team are very empathic and helpful. I have been able to get appointments within the week and the Doctors have been very informative and helpful Yes I am normally on hold for 30 mins however Harlow is a very busy town that keeps on expanding. Unfortunately there are more people in Harlow than doctors.

You have to wait a long time for them to answer the phone but when they do they are very helpful and polite. Just moved to this surgery and they have been very helpful so far.
