I'd never considered having a sports massage and I made the decision to a few months ago after suffering a minor injury and for the fact that I felt it would be hopefully prevent any future injuries / muscle strains, as I do a lot of physical activity each week and have done all my life. I've seen Louisa a few times now and have definitely noticed the benefit after each treatment. As well as working 'wonders' on my aches and pains, she takes the time to explain and inform and has also offered me exercises to help alleviate symptoms and strengthen the muscle area being treated. Definitely the best decision I've made and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Louisa to others.
