Today we attended an expectant parent event at Harlow mothercare. The speakers were really good and the topics were relevant to us. We were encouraged to look at and try the big products, Julie served us and was extremely helpful. We bought a pram and crib and are really happy with the deal we got.

Honestly! The best service ever! The employees are so helpful. In the hottest day came out to do the car seat fittings and were so careful, lovely and friendly! I cannot possibly be happier :)
The two members of staff that helped us today we're fantastic. So very helpful and did not rush us Cannot give the enough praise We brought two car seats and they took time to fit them and adjust them to our satisfaction absolutely amazing staff
Went to a early morning session on Sunday morning with demos of pushchairs, car seats, cots and some brief first aid. Staff were excellent, they put on food, drinks and provided goody bags. Excellent service would recommend.
Wouldnt even rate 1 star but had to, to leave a review. We went in about attaching a seat to our pram that we bought just over a year ago which they no longer did but told us where to get the attachment from and how to fit it and that a part on the pram had nothing to do with attaching the seat so they didn't even know how to use their own product. But before we work out they was wrong, we got the part they said and attached it the way we was told by them and our new born almost fell out the pram in her car seat. After fiddling with it for 30mins in the rain, the part that apparently had nothing to do with the attachment came apart to secure the attachment in place so it keeps the seat secure. This store couldn't advise us on there own product and are meant to advise us for the best and safest way to fit seats etc. There advice almost caused injury to a 10 day old newborn.
Helped me setup my pram which came without instructions. Staff were very friendly and polite. Brilliant service!
