I have been a patient for 52 years and all my family is at this practice. My father recently fell and didn’t want to trouble the GP during these times, however had a conversation with the GP who organised an X-ray straight away. My father was advised at the hospital he would get the results in 5 days but 24 hours later the GP called to advise what the outcome was and the way forward. Considering the strain our services are under my father is very thankful for the service he received and the understanding the GP had for all his medical needs. This surgery has remained open through the whole pandemic unlike the rest I hear in Harlow who closed their doors. Well done Nuffield House and all that work for them.

I have been registered at Nuffield House for 35 years and I have nothing but praise for their care and attention. My whole family have had their input over the many years and yes, there are some little flaws as with any service but overall, the people, the care and attention and professionalism has always been there. Caring, professional, organised and attentive. I am thankful to them for their help with my recent illness and recuperation from then on. Top class care.

Cause you talk to doctors and nurses what is wrong with you if it wasent for doctors i don't know what would off happened to us ive got gout and if i didn't see a doctor and medication I wouldnt be walking and my foot would be painful so I liketo say a massive thank you for all that they do for us
