From booking an appointment and arriving at PCFIX in the Harvey Centre, Harlow we had nothing but good service, very courteous staff who could not be more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble no matter how long it took to sort out the problem. In all we dealt with three members of staff and they all contributed to solving our problem. They were a pleasure to deal with.

I called ro book a time to go in as the guy I 1st spoke to on the phone said they were open on Saturdays. I called and left a couple of messages on the mobile, no one answering the desk phone. Email unanswered so I drove there and found it was closed. I called again later on and so far 4 days later no response. I can't see myself wanting to leave an expensive laptop with personal data with them to be honest. Just a simple message to say they're closed or something would have been fine but no response just isn't acceptable which is a shame as I really need help getting this thing fixed!

For me experience was great, not only I found eth cat6 cable I desperately needed, I also bought ddr ram upgrade for an amazing price, professional advice is always handy, when I came back I replaced ram and I am more than happy, pcfix surpassed my expectation

I took a Windows Surface pro to be assessed for repair. I was told that the mother board was faulty and would cost 150 to fix, and they recommended I fix it as its a nice machine. So I said go ahead. when I picked it up it seems they had just given me an equivalent machine ! I asked why they had not fixed the motherboard to be told it cost the same ! Total CON! the machines can be bought off ebay from 50-120 pounds second hand and they charged me 180 to effectively replace my machine with out doing any kind of repair ! I feel totally cheated and they refused to refund the monies when challanged. They out right lied to me and then played a con as far as I'm concerned. do not trust these people
