This true beginner level class is a slow deliberate pace and breaks down the exercises so the user will grasp the fundamentals with ease. Our intermediate class, the Restore and Rebuild class is for those who already have a sound foundation in Pilates then we have the Dynamic Mechanics classes which are beautifully flowing are challenging.
