Had my bedroom furniture delivered today. Excellent communication prior, on time, fantastic lads. Problems getting the pieces upstairs but they did not down tools and leave, they stayed and sorted it all out Would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks so much Gillian
This firm was meant to collect & deliver my furniture efficiently and swiftly it took 11 weeks and 2 attempts as the transport was loaded wrongly. The staff on the telephone in particular one female was so rude it was beyond comprehension, avoid this firm like the plague they are badly organised have no manners and don't care; for completeness they were delivering on behalf of Oak Furniture UK Cumbria see separate review both firms donot deserve to be in business based on the way they have dealt with our order and delivery.
Caused serious damage to our floor and couldn't care less. Do not let this company into your home.
