Beware - my bike was stolen from outside. I later found out that it happens all the time at that location despite being very close to the entrance/exit and having CCTV camera facing the bikes. Disappointed I wasn't informed of this via email or via notice near the bikes as I would probably still have my bike now. If you do leave your bike there be sure you use a good lock and you have insurance for your bike. I think the gym should help make this area more secure for bikes, other gyms allow bikes to be parked within the actual gym. Understand its not the gyms fault that there are losers who will never amount to anything and steal others property without guilt. But communication is key to help prevent it and make members more aware do they can keep a look out.

Overall a great gym. A great selection of equipments and also quite spacious. The only downside is that the stairs are quite a challenge on a leg day!

Gym is good enough, but there’s better Gym’s in Harlow, because of the parking lots of people changing their gym, I used to go Xercise4Less gym in Harlow, price exactly same as pure gym, gym is very very clean also free parking, reason why I changed my gym because of my work shift pure gym used be open 24/7 that’s why I go to the pure gym now, I’m %100 sure Lot’s of people will change the gym because is not clean enough and there’s no free parking, every time I go to the gym I park my car in water garden I pay for it, that’s cost lots of money for a while, if I go Harlow Leisurezone gym won’t cost more than pure gym, Leisurezone gold membership won’t cost you a lot you can park your car 24/7 spa swimming all the classes including 40, I’m sure for some person parking is big problem, that’s why pure gym Maneger have to do something otherwise not many people join pure gym...

Some PTs are rude they make rude comments about people’s abilities at the gym and just are rude with the faces they make in general, I feel like they should be more positive looking and acting as it can make people feel uncomfortable and intimidated. The gym is not cleaned deep enough especially changing rooms and toilets, cleaners just walk in sign it off and walk out. Manager needs to be more strict about things such as that I think as well as who they let PT in the gym. However the actual gym is great as well as the equipment, people that train there are always friendly.

Equipment over two floors. Showers are very modern and even have hairdryers if you require them. Lockers are free and you just need to bring your own padlock for the locker. Monthly direct debit charge very reasonable
