Good facility. Staff were very nice and helpful. Facility is very big with lots of rooms to choose from and there's a lot of parking so good for access. Disabled friendly

Getting the storage was simple. I prebooked online went to the office and the friendly staff explained all the details to me, gave me options, took me up to the room, made sure I was happy, signed my paperwork, gave .me the keys and presto. All done in a fast , friendly and simple way and guess what, still keeping all the C19 rules. Thanks Hywell

Nice people nice place, but often understaffed. They leave poor Veri to run the place by himself do hes needed in the back and in the office checking in customers and on the phone, all at the same time. What a guy.
