I complained on 1st November in the petrol station that when I filled up with petrol the reading of petrol dispensed was 2.69 before any petrol came out. There response was 'oh I'll keep an eye on pump 10' I then filled in a contact us form that afternoon online and nothing not a word back from sainsburys. I'm disappointed that they have not even bothered to reply. Just shows that as a large company they are only interested in taking our money by whatever means they can.
