I always get good service in here, even though I always walk in with unwashed, hair! I am not a trade customer so don't buy a lot, just colour really, but I've rang them up a few times asking, 'How do I do this colour again?!' and always got someone helpful at the end of the phone. It's lovely to have that service when I don't really know what I'm doing. Thanks girls.
