Don't buy a carpet from here or if you do don't expect after sales service and don't expect to be able to walk on it either. This carpet is just 4 months old Not impressed. So it's been nearly 12 months since we have been told that this problem is just "normal " wear and tear (see photos) by scs and ikano bank "there" finance company I am disgusted with this behaviour, if this carpet had been laid in any of their home's I'm sure it would be a different matter in fact knowing how bad their own carpets are they would buy from somewhere else. Please please buy your carpet from a reputable company.

Do NOT buy from here!! The manager ordered half of the carpet the wrong colour, then had to refit everything from scratch once they part fitted it because they couldn't colour match, delayed the fitting by 4 months, ignored calls and emails, promised to deliver the sofa and then just didnt show up, once we got the goods they promised compensation then dropped off face of the earth! Realllllly shocking service and the aftercare team is even worse. The headache and stress has been unbearable, 6 months of hell with me chasing and chasing. Just don't waste your time or money, its not worth it

Service was great, range of sofas was good too. Staff very helpful. Explained everything to us and helped us out with getting sofa insurance cover (we have a 2 year old so we need it) and gave us a bit of a discount on the cover as well. Really happy with everything.
