I have just started going here as I would travel into London. There's a women not sure of her name shorter out the two really good. Went today asked for a clean up took all my eyebrows off. I like my eyebrows thick she made it thin and no shape. Horrible horrible horrible. I dont have to draw them on usually just enstend my end now I have to take the time to draw it on and wait for it to grow out. Terrible not imprease5
