Took my one month old bike in today to be fixed because the gears weren't set by the company I purchased it from correctly. Explained my situation and the boys had an excellent turn around time. Highly knowledgeable and explained the causes and certain things to keep on top of regarding maintenance. This will be my permanent repair and sales shop for bikes from now on. Would definitely recommend.
