Absolutely diabolical.!! From receptionist to the doctors. ALL STAFF ARE RUDE and are uncaring. They should be shut down instantly

My 7year old daughter has chest pain while she is in school .school called us to take her n my wife called GP to get an emergency appointment the receptionists said dont have appointments even for child.pickup my daughter from school and take her to a&e on the way i called the gp to request a writen confirmation why they cant see in emergency the deny to give that even she said the dont have time to see my daughter or giving a letter .when i have said i will complaint about this service where your not careing then she said we have an appointment at 4.10. I asked her why did you told my wife dont have appointment. Because of your ignorance my daughter could suffer more. Someone els start talking over the phone trying to backup there side. Its so rude and careless surgery. Pople in the surgey are arrogant. Every time we go there is long wait or have call them 8 am in morning to get an appointment even you r lacky you have wait hours to be seen doesnt matter you have an appointment. I felt like helpless dad for that moment.if the gp dont have the time for us in emergency the why should we wait for them we can end up to a&e atlest we know some will see us and not said we cant see you. If you cant give us better service atleast nice behaviours wont cost you anything. Shutdown the gp put then on a&e atlest they will work people will get better treatments..

I had to move my parents from out of town to Harlow which in turn meant I had to find a new doctors. I visited several practices in town and one of the Doctors surgeries I visited actually tutted at me and said we have 15,000 patients which I thought to be rude. When I visited Sydenham house (which to be honest I did not know a lot about, other than the reviews not being outstanding on the website), I was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted by a very happy and helpful receptionist who guided me through the process. Once my parents were registered I rang at 8 in the morning and they were given an appointment that day. When my parents went to the doctors again the receptionists were welcoming and very pleasant. The Doctor was extremely helpful and understanding. Therefore I feel this practice deserves a 5 star review as most people will only leave a review if negative.

Worse surgery ever rude recptioniest careless attitude. They dont even care child emergency .if you have alternative option please dont join.

Always have a bad experience here!!! I called 8:30am! And they are already fully booked for the day? I am 3 days over due and have pelvic pain. Wanted to see doctor. I asked if there was any cancellation if I could get a phone call? Answer: \No we don't call\ . Regretting registering here. Will soon change GP when baby arrives!
