Excellent service! Receptionists well deserves for very warm positive feedback, but of course not all. Office people are a bit different, but is never to late for good positive changes. I'm sure if some patients will stop complaining like they do all the time, it will bring lot's of relief and joy to all members of the team. And little tip for those people all the time complaining about NHS staff - NHS is not private care provider and they are doing lot's of hard work to treat every single patient with the same respect and dignity and if there is someone who thinks is not enough, well my advice - go to private care provider they will love you and smile on you as long as you pay for treatment!!!!

Much happier with this practice after being with The Ross Practice...
Obviously this is not my real name because apparently the practice will put you on blast in the comments and expose your medical history - pretty unprofessional!! Rude receptionists, rude nurses, rude doctors. If you're under the age of 30, they'll talk to you like a child. I am sorry you hate your job, I am sorry the practice is clearly inadequate and forces you to work in an unhealthy environment, I am sorry you have to deal with people being unhappy because of the things the practice you work for has done. Please do not take it out on me. I shall say no more, as clearly nothing ever changes.
So turns out you guys disclose personal information when people review with negative comments. Pretty sure thats illegal, or if not morally wrong.
This doctor gave out my personal medical records, without authority. It took over one year to get the medical records and the false report. Do not use this surgery they staff breech data protections.
