The Loft Consultancy carried out a rear dormer conversion to our property in September, the quote was very competitive and the time frame for completion was 4-6 weeks. Actual build time ready for decoration was 5 weeks. Dan visited first to come for the quote and that was provided in quick time, as soon as we agreed to go ahead the architect was booked. Our on site builder was Damon and he was excellent, he immediately put us at ease and kept us informed and consulted throughout the whole process. All of the trades that visited were highly skilled and polite, the Electrician Darren and the Plumbers Alfie and Kane. Each stage of the build was explained and Damon ensured we were happy with what he intended to do before carrying out the work. From start to finish the job was carried out professionally and efficiently and made the whole experience stress free. The final product was exactly what we had wished for and we are extremely happy, we have already recommended them to our friends and neighbours.

Pleased with work done. Very detailed quotation. Work started in the middle of Covid and TLC managed to complete the work on schedule, not withstanding the normal snagging issues. Tom the builder was knowledgeable and helpful.

Initially due to the construction of the existing loft didn't think we could have any work carried out. Danny came to view and professionally advised what could be achieved, time frames and fully detailed package soon followed. Mark Smith was excellent onsite and Malcolm was involved in agreeing to some of the minor changes which were professionally overseen. The overall project was both within budget and time scales and the usual snagging items completed as requested. We are exceptionally pleased with the final results and friends and neighbours have commented very favourably. Thank you guys for a job well done (fortunately completed just before the initial Covid19 lock down!).

Had a loft conversion done by the Loft Consultancy a couple of years back. Not the cheapest quote we had but by no means the most expensive and seemed to approach it all in a professional manner. Very pleased with the overall result. I think most of the work is done by a variety of trades people not directly employed so I guess not everyone will get the same team. We were happy with the guys who did the work for us with the possible exception of the roofers who were anxious to get on to another job and didn't properly clean up afterwards. I'd be happy to recommend The Loft Consultancy.
