I collected a balloon for my daughter's 21st on10th - It had a slight fault and I needed it for her birthday on 11th. I could not get to the shop during the day as I was at work. Zoe delivered a new balloon on 11th in time for my daughter when she got home form work. Great Customer Service !! Thank you

Dont go when kids are going to be about the trolley type baskets are very annoying on the wood floors especially with children pulling them

I will highly recommend people to get their celebration balloons from this store! The customer service and help I got was amazing choosing the balloons and decorations , I got birthday balloons for my friend and they absolutely loved them and I thank the party monster so much.
