Would usually buy perfumes from here but the prices for some reason have been significantly racked up. I dont mind a few pound here and there but I have just purchased online the same item for a whopping 35 less. (from a reputable store) so not a very competitivly priced shop which is a shame. This review is based on pricing only as staff are and have always been excellent.

Ordered a Christmas present to collect in store, turns out due to lockdown they just refund you without notifying you or even given you the option for home delivery. Useless and totally unacceptable. What ever happened to putting the customer first? Would never use again and would 100% not recommend- 2 family member’s with no Christmas gifts thanks to this joke of a company
