Went in last week and asked for some help to find a product the guy was quite rude to me, huffed and just said they didn't have the product. The guy didn't even look, when i went round and had a look myself they did, this was for my kids birthday usually customer service is quite good. Even when he served me at the till he was quite rude. Very disappointed

I went in to buy some things for my grandkids the other day, I was greeted by a young guy who asked if I needed help. I told him that I wasn’t sure what my grandkids would like, but he took me around the store and talked me through some kids stuff! I spent about 10 and the grandkids loved the stuff
