Very good and helpful in general BUT I mislaid a receipt and even though I could prove by a bank statement, they would only give me a credit note for excess materials purchased, ( this was for well over 100) and after buying my floor and walls tiles, grout and adhesive for a new kitchen and bathroom, I have no longer need to spend in Tile Giant! Also to add more dismay, the credit is only valid until July this year! So KEEP YOUR RECEIPT and don’t lose it! I still have nightmares about FINDING the original receipt in a pocket, in a drawer, - but if I was lucky enough, I would then make a real stink if they didn’t refund my credit note.

Ive been to so many of these tile branches and always been impressed with the staff, But the assistant branch manager Jack not only worked with me to find the best tiles, his knowledge of all matters was fantastic. Great selection with a great price point. Saved over 700. Fantastic service, Jack especially went above and beyond. Really great stuff and is a fantastic attribute to Tile Giant! I hope this doesn't go unnoticed!!

Decided to visit Tile Giant in Harlow. We are at the 'planning' stage of our project. Our whole house has been gutted and we are now looking to tile our bathroom and en-suite. We have no idea on the look we are going for. I was very impressed on entering the store, with the sanitation at the front door and the cleanliness and social distance markings. Poor Steve! We ran him ragged. We were so indecisive and his knowledge and professionalism is a great testimony to the Harlow store! Although we did not purchase anything today, we will certainly be buying from Tile Giant. Steve was absolutely brilliant! Compared with the poor service we received at Topps Tiles, the service in Tile Giant was fantastic, even though we are sure Steve was pulling his hair out. Fantastic and such a great range to choose from.

I’m a tiler and regularly visit the store for all the materials I use for every job. The staff (Steve, Jack, Ben and Zoe) are always very professional and helpful and have a great knowledge of all their products for any task required. I will continue to visit the store and would highly recommended anyone who is thinking about having some tiling done to visit, even if it’s just for advice, ideas or to buy your tiles. Highly recommend
