Great food, great visit, good price with friendly safe service support by staff and their masked smiles during these restricted times. Still worthy of food visits and bookings and with safety first. 5 stars.

Not a bad breakfast and coffee to be honest. Beans were cold and I didn't touch the eggs as I've never had a good buffet egg but the sausage and bacon were tasty and not dry. Yorkshire pudding with gravy is interesting for breakfast but why not!
Hello everyone, this morning I was with the whole family for breakfast with Santa .It was supposed to be great and the children were to have a great time with Santa , as it really was a pity to say, but I think maybe an honest opinion will give the owner something to think about. firstly, after getting inside, no one greeted us and no one explained anything to us . Debi woman from the bar was super toxic and dissatisfied. Her negative attitude could be felt at a distance while ordering breakfast there was a small misunderstanding with the number of meals and we were treated like scammers. Debi didn't even try to be polite and clear up the error with us. Then my opinion on the breakfast: sausages, bacon, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, etc., unfortunately their quality and temperature leaves a lot to be desired, fortunately the gentleman who served the food was super nice and helpful, five stars for him because he saved the situation after breakfast, it's time for man dressed as Santa five stars nice , nice and great contact with children. Should give a gift to Debi maybe she would have a better attitude . In general if not for a nice gentleman from the kitchen and super Santa and a nice young lady from the service, Debi would ruin our Santa's Day.
Went for breakfast, the eggs were only offered as fried and had been kept warm and as a result were very hard. Hash browns again had been kept warm and were way past their best. The bacon was like leather and tough to cut. Mushrooms were undercooked, and toast was soft and floppy. The cup of tea was lovely as was the customer assistant we were a large group from a wedding the day before and split into our bubbles for the breakfast. Sadly we wouldn't return for breakfast.

Not what I would call "Covid secure." Following the response from the owner, I should elaborate: the service was really good. Staff are always friendly. But customers should be prompted to wear masks in particular when queuing for food. And the food deck should have screens to prevent customers breathing all over the food. (Look, I know this goes with the territory, but in the Covid era we come to expect something different.) I'm going to upgrade the star rating to reflect the balance between service, vfm and the concerns raised here.
I fully appreciate with the current climate the need for table service. But many times I was waiting far too long to be offered more drinks. I had to ask several times my self for extra drinks. Asked for crayons and drawing bits for kids, waitress dissappeared and didn't mention it again. Had a carvery food was perfect except potatoes were slightly over cooked. Overall a good night out. And will return again
Excellent food, choice and service. Considering the difficulties posed by Covd, the carvery managed it all with ease and professionally. The waitresses were efficient and all very polite.
