Absolutely appalling the way I have just been treated. I informed the shop I'm exempt from a face covering, showed them my exemption card. They said it was not good enough and I should get a GP letter or get out the shop. I explained to the three men working there that is discrimination and against the law and showed them the government webpage showing i shouldn't be challenged. All 3 men stood there, they refused to look, they mocked me, told me they don't care & embarrassed me infront of customers. When I said I felt embarrassed they then mocked that too. 3 'men' vs me made me feel so intimidated and I left in tears

Had a medical exemption from wearing a mask due to asthma and panic attacks. I went in for a refund on a product and 3 males from the store including the "director" starting raising their voices at me and shouting despite me showing the exemption. I was made to feel awful and had such a bad panic and anxiety attack when I left the store. I am in disbelief at the actions of these supposed professionals. I will never ever shop here again disgusting behaviour I am traumatised and nervous about going out now despite my exemption
