Worse customer service ever received. Of course they blame COVID but other companies seem to have good practices inlace but this lot are absolutely the worse. Avoid at all costs

My wife bought a new Samsung phone via the Virgin phone sales team. She tried to set it up but had a few problems, called Virgin sales four times but not much help. So we went to the Virgin store in Harlow on the 20th February. We were greeted by a lovely lady called Helda who once we explained our problems sat us down, there she calmly explained what we had to do to set up the phone , which was a Godsend. We left the shop very grateful to this young lady and in future will go to the shop if and when we make our next Virgin purchase rather than listen to someone, somewhere on a phone. Well done Helda it was " Lovely to meet you" thank you again. You have made one lady very happy. x
Went in to the Harlow Virgin store on 4th June with my girlfriend to ask for help with problems we had with a new android mobile phone I bought her to use with her SIM deal. We were worried after getting no mobile WiFi or limited call use on a 4G network. The 2 chaps there were more than helpful to us, not only solving issues, but advising my girlfriend on better Virgin deals on the same tariff charge she had. We both left very thankful and appreciate of great customer relations because of them. Well done Virgin, give them our thanks!
