I bought a couple of beds a few years ago, I've contacted them for various reasons over the years and they have always been really helpful, the beds are solid, durable, built to last, I had a delivery yesterday for a new leg (I had made custom adjustments to the old one, no longer suited for new location) the guys spent about twenty minutes fitting it. Which was not expected, also provided some new straps for the mattress for free.
I found this Company excellent to deal with, I received fast responses and deliveries. Nicky and Tim were very polite and helpful as was the driver who delivered the bed I had ordered . In wanting to return the bed with a free 30 day trial, I was able to do so easily with no questions asked. Mind you, the bed was perfectly fine itself but just wasn't what my tenants were looking for. All in all I am delighted with the Company and their Products and would recommend them - such great service is so rare to find nowadays and I was so pleasantly surprised! Thank you
I am so pleased with our double wall bed. It was easy to install and is of excellent quality. We are so pleased we will be purchasing another one for our office once our extension is finished.
