I am using Wren to design my new kitchen. I like how the designer had suggested ideas and gave me inspiration. I was walked through all the options and given an idea about the cost which was kept within budget. I have since changed some of the design features and the designer has been really accommodating. I’ve had B&Q kitchens in the past which have been excellent but they don’t offer as much of a range as Wren and I like how the units are pre-built. Great deals and interest free option to make it affordable.

I know some people have had a good experience with Wren but unfortunately for me it was the opposite. I should have seen the warning signs from the design stage where it took almost 4 hrs (2 hrs over 2 separate days) to finalise the design. The first available date they had for the fitter was almost 2-3 weeks later and unfortunately they don't delivery on the weekend so I was unable to take delivery of the kitchen. Wren assured me the kitchen fitter would accommodate this so they arranged the delivery for the day of the fitting. On the day, the fitter said he had no time to wait for the kitchen so left. I had other builders on site who agreed to take delivery. I then had to call Wren and tell them to send the fitter back. The problems then got worse - the guy fitted damaged units, cut holes too big, fitted the units unevenly and only did the bare minimum moaning that Wren only pays him 200 per day - so if it's not on the plan it's not his problem. I went to check the kitchen and already things were falling off. I am constantly having to email the installation team and, as a result, I am now on week 2 of kitchen fitting and it's still not finished. Today I went to check again after having replacement units sent and the fitter had drilled a hole in the wall for the glass splashback and left it destroyed. He even fitted the cupboard over the vent hole saying the hole is not his problem - fair enough but he didn't leave the space as per the plan and now I can't fit the vent cover. It's been a nightmare and I feel so sad. I have sent an email to Wren saying I will get a quote to fix the kitchen and suggest they reimburse me because at this rate the kitchen will never be finished.
I am so glad I chose to buy my new kitchen from Wren at Harlow. All of their staff were friendly and helpful, and their designer Liam went out of his way to help me choose and design a stylish modern kitchen that will work for me and suits my needs. Very customer focused. I would highly recommend them.
The team at Harlow worked effortlessly to ensure everything went without a hitch. Whole team from start to finish could not have been better. happy to recommend.
Three years since I ordered and this incompetent company couldnt fit a simple kitchen if they tried. Simple galley kitchen, 2 lots of wren fitters, 3 installation attempts and a complete mess from start to now. I would say start to finish but it isn’t finished!! Do yourself a favour and go somewhere that values customers. Update: Financial Ombudsman ordered this kitchen to be removed. It has been removed and I am much much happier with my new kitchen. It should not have taken 3 years to sort. Wren also offered me 1000 to remove all social media posts. shame on you wren.
