Happy to take your money for annual policy but unfortunately very quick to point out that covid 19 is not covered so would not pay out on any part of my cancelled holiday, also would not cover trip to Lanzarote due to FCO advice. So Basically I wasn't covered if I didn't go and wasn't covered if I did go!! Your travel cover insurance, could you please remind me why I bought travel insurance from you and why I should renew my policy this year??

Didn't really want to know when my baggage went missing while coming back from Zimbabwe during the first covid lockdown. Just told me to chase it with the airline and they will sort it. I thought that was what insurance was for. No help with trying to get home and had to pay for extra flights myself. They did nothing for me at all.

I had my holiday cancelled due to covid 19 and rearranged for next year, I emailed to see if we could rearrange the travel insurance to the new date. I had a very quick reply from their customer service through email and was sorted with no additional charge or hassle. Very helpful and straight forward!

Left me hung out to dry when covid hit. Not helpful at all during the pandemic. Poor service.

So far, very poor service in case of need. Very difficult to reach from abroad, no international number, only open during UK business hours, nobody is there during weekends, which means you have to wake up in the middle of the night during week days to talk to them if you are traveling outside of Europe. They give an old/disconnected number on their website, the only way to reach the customer service is by email, which means by the time they answer you with a correct phone number, it's already past 5pm in the UK and you have to wait for another 16 hours before somebody sorts your issue. Very ineffective indeed. I wouldn't dare to think what could happen in case of an actual medical emergency.
