We have been with Harmony since they opened and it has been a very positive experience for the family as a whole and the member who resided there. What you hope for in a care home is professionalism but here we received more than that. The staff routinely go out of their way to make the residents feel valued and at home. In particular, the nursing staff were nothing short of amazing for us; the care and compassion they consistently demonstrated made our family member very happy during the time he had.

Emily in marketing is AWESOME. She made 2 days of crying and worrying I did into a big smile and satisfaction I needed to make sure my Aunt from Cleveland had a smooth transition.
