Very professional! I have a 3 year old husky and he is so stubborn and it was very hard to walk him. We did the 3 week on leash and the results were amazing and Gabriella taught us what to do. Overall very well please, I plan to take him back for off leash someday!

German Shepherd Rescue and Adoptions (GSRA) cannot thank Highland Canine Training, and in particular Kress Walters, for the incredible work they did with our dog Gunny. Gunny is a large GSD who had the bad habit of barking and lunging at anything or anyone who frightened him. We had worked with Gunny for almost a year trying to get this behavior under control but had made little headway. So we decided to contact Kress at Highland Canine to see if he could help Gunny. Gunny spent 6 weeks with Kress and came back to us a completely different dog. The BIGGEST difference was how happy he was. I realized that Gunny had been living in fear of the big, wide world, and that's no way for a dog to be. Kress understood Gunny's issues and worked to improve his self confidence and show him that he could let his guard down and let the humans take control. Kress spent a lot of time keeping us updated on Gunny's progress and explaining Gunny's issues to us, explaining along the way how we could help Gunny succeed in life once he was back in foster care. Kress and Highland Canine literally saved Gunny's life!!! He is now a happy, goofy, well behaved boy who loves going places and meeting people. We know it won't be long before he finds his furever home. Thank you Kress and thank you Highland!!!

These people are great! No matter your training needs, this crew can handle it. It's amazing to watch how quickly the right trainer can change behaviors. I especially appreciate their Second Chance program and I wish that every city had that type of program! Congratulations on your work and thanks for making our communities better!

Ups and downs about it. After going to another school I learned that. Good bussiness and makes you think and work. But more desired in the working dogs especially odor work. But everyone can agree to disagree.

I took my sweet girl, Leia to Highland Canine for their 3 week in kennel training. Leia was a hyper puppy with no self control. I couldn’t even take her on walks because she was so big she would pull me everywhere. Although it was hard to be away from her for 3 weeks, she is so much better. She walks right beside me on the leash, which is just amazing to me. I can finally take her to places without her going crazy. Her self control is a lot better and Gabriela gave me some very good tips to continue with training. I’m forever grateful for this experience! I hope to do the 3 week off leash training in the future because I was so satisfied with the outcome. Thank you, Gabriela and Highland Canine training!!
