On our initial visit to 1to1 we met with Maurice who gave us nothing short of excellent customer service which he followed up with a friendly telephone conversation. Maurice and Kathy were both really helpful throughout our ordering process and got a carpet in for us that they did not stock as standard as well as giving us the best quote out of the three we got. We found our overall experience with 1to1 to offer really good service and product for excellent value. We highly recommend and we were pleased to buy from a smaller local business.

I don't live close to this store but my friend had her laminate done here, I went to enquire about having flooring. The store customer service was second to none, the knowledge and interest they showed in what I wanted was amazing, definitely going back to get my flooring here, would highly recommend going and experiencing for yourself. nothing was a problem, and they actually listened and took interest. great store, excellent knowledgeable staff and clean spacious store.
